The Willow Bank cottage is located on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula about a 10-minute drive from the town of Tobermory. It's about a 300 km. drive north-west of Toronto, Ontario. Driving to the cottage from Toronto or elsewhere in Southern Ontario is relatively easy and it is possible to get there without having to endure long traffic jams on highways 400 or 401.
International travellers can fly into Pearson International Airport in Toronto and drive to the cottage. It is an easy drive from the city to the cottage because the driving is done on good two-lane highways routed through some of Ontario's prettiest countryside. These highways take travellers through many picturesque and interesting small towns and villages.
Some travellers might decide to travel to the cottage from northern Ontario by taking the large car ferry, the Chi Cheemaun, and sailing from South Baymouth on Manitoulin Island to Tobermory.
Sauble Beach is about an hours drive to the south and west from the cottage.
The city of Owen Sound, Ontario is located about a 75 km. drive to the south.
The owner of the Willow Bank is willing to assist travellers in choosing the best route to the cottage from wherever it is that they might be travelling from in Ontario.
